WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY RENTAL?
The monthly rental figure includes rent, rates & WIFI. The only additional costs are for electricity usage that is metered.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTED RATE PACKAGES?
On some studios a discounted package may be available on longer term rentals.

DO YOUR STUDIOS INCLUDE TELEPHONES?
There are no telephones included as most tenants are using mobile or internet telephones.
WHAT SPEED IS THE INTERNET ACCESS?
The WI-FI speed is 20Mb Download / 10Mb Upload, faster internet can be organised for longer term rentals.
HOW LONG CAN I HIRE A STUDIO FOR?
The minimum rental period is three months for most of the studios but longer contracts are available. Use the Contact Us form to discuss longer contracts available.
ARE THE STUDIOS FURNISHED?
​The studios are unfurnished but some office furniture may be available with longer rentals.
DO YOU PROVIDE PRINTING AND SCANNING FACILITIES?
There are no communal scanning or printing services available.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RECEPTIONIST TO GREET GUESTS?
Stadium Studios has only a total of 9 studios and we aren’t able to offer a receptionist service.
ARE PARKING SPACES AVAILABLE?
There are several communal or visitors spaces on site. There are a few allocated spaces that can be rented. Stadium Studios is well served with public transport nearby.
